Whether you’re a beginning exerciser or an experienced athlete, this plan can work for you. This 28-day fitness plan focuses on maximizing lean muscle gain and fat-burning. The quick, effective workouts change throughout the program to keep things interesting and to continuously challenge your body. And because nutrition and exercise go hand-in-hand, Chady has also designed a simple, customizable meal plan that anyone can follow with success. She also provides some of her own favorite recipes to get you started — including dozens of vegan options!
What you will learn in Fast-Track Fitness

Welcome to Fast-Track Fitness! This 28-day program is designed for women on the go who want to look and feel stronger, leaner, and more confident in their bodies. Chady Dunmore will coach you through quick and effective workouts using minimal equipment, and help you build a habit of exercise and healthy eating that will set you up for life.
There are over 40 different exercises in the program, and Chady explains each one in detail with modifications and accelerations for anyone at any level of fitness.

First, Chady goes through what you can expect this week, followed by a separate video explaining each workout. There is an exercise table below each workout video for reference, but download this week’s plan here. About Chady Dunmore
Chady Dunmore grew up with a love of sports and fitness, despite battling a kidney disease and a mild case of lupus. After giving birth to her daughter, Chady weighed more than 200 pounds and was unhappy mentally and physically.
But she regrouped and learned all she could about nutrition and fitness. In two years she went from overweight and unhappy to becoming a champion bikini competitor and fitness cover model. Today she is a holistic nutritionist and trainer, and resides in Sacramento, CA, with her daughter, Sofia.
