Description of Untriggerable Mind
Our habitual responses generally operate without our conscious thought. Many of our habits can be helpful, but others can cause problems. We may find ourselves triggered emotionally when something sets off a habitual response we have difficulty managing or controlling. Losing your temper, yelling at your kids or spouse, needing to respond to someone’s social media post, automatically feeling bad around someone – these are all knee-jerk responses that can prevent someone from responding authentically.
Fortunately, through hypnosis we can neutralize the trigger and make us less triggerable. This puts you more in control of your own life and choices.
The purpose of this recording is to modify an unhelpful habitual response to produce a better one. Listen again and again for more freedom of choice.
