Description of 6 Week Workout Guide
Ready to become the strongest and best version of yourself? This workout guide is geared towards a 5 Day Split each week for 6 Weeks. (2 Lower Body Days, 2 Upper Body Days, 1 Day to train a muscle group of your choice whether it’s core and cardio focused, a third upper body day or light lower body day.)
You will also have access to the Core Circle app (if on iPhone) to document and track progress such as weight used, reps, etc.
