What You’ll Discover in These 7 Modules
In this 7-module transformational intensive, Lauren will guide you through the fundamental skills you’ll need to harmonize all facets of your being, awakening and aligning you with who you really are through targeted mind-body-soul coherence practices — and the activation of the true blueprint of your life.
This course will feature step-by-step teachings and experiential practices with Lauren and Eileen McKusick, and experiential practices. Each session will build harmoniously upon the previous ones, so you’ll develop a complete holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles you’ll need to discover the inner access point, or stillpoint, that connects you with the quantum field and the true blueprint of your life.
- Module 1: Traversing the Energy Road Map of Your Body
In the realm of EMYoga, the human body has nine discrete energy systems, most of which have access points along the surface of the body, just below the skin, and surrounding the body up to 15 feet in the field.
You’ll be working with these systems via their access points by using the electromagnetism of your hands during this first module. You’ll also explore the pathways that you’ll be using for the duration of the course.
In this opening module, you’ll explore:
- The electromagnetism of your hands and how they work similarly to tuning forks to help bring coherence to different energy fields
- How to correct polarity in the body with your hands — and why this is so important
- How to sense energy vibrations with your hands
- Simple but effective ways to ground your energy to bring greater health to every system

Meridian tracing is an important way to optimize energy flows throughout your body. The meridian lines are the main way energy travels through the body, so having them open and flowing in the right direction is essential for your health and wellbeing.
In this empowering module, you’ll:
- Trace all the yin meridians — the deeply internal, continually working energies
- Trace all the yang meridians — the intermittent workers, whose jobs are extremely important
- Learn the meridian-wheel clock to understand how you operate cyclically
- Explore where the meridians transition on the hands and feet and how to optimize those transitions
- Module 4: Feeding Energy Directly to Your Organs
As you learned in the previous module, every organ has a meridian pathway. On each meridian path, there’s a specific point that feeds energy directly to the organ associated with it.
You’ll spend time in a deeply restorative and meditative practice that explores the most powerful of those points, where they are, and what they do.
Lauren will then guide you on how to ensure that each one has the correct polarity and is full of energy so they can all nourish your organs.

Many people know about the aura — the protective energy system around the body, also called the biofield.
The outermost of the aura’s seven layers is called the Celtic Weave — it’s an energy system that essentially weaves together all of the other systems.
You’ll work with the aura and the Celtic Weave to strengthen and heal any issues in the field before they can settle into your physical body.
These fields work better when they’re coherent, and the forks help you get there much faster.

About Lauren Walker
Lauren Walker, who’s been teaching yoga and meditation since 1997, created Energy Medicine Yoga while teaching at Norwich University, the oldest private military college in the country.
