Athletic Training Protocol Volume 1 is a life changing workout plain and simple.

This workout contains a series of our foundational exercises, stretches, and ballistic movements using a stability ball and hand and ankle weights that is created to challenge athletes to use their body more efficiently.

This  workout will awaken the “hidden” muscles that are vital, yet commonly neglected in nearly every other training program.

Our athletes develop superior control of their body, increased flexibility, greater explosive limb movements, improved balance, timing, accuracy,  proprioception, posture, and coordination.

Not only is the “ATPv1”  a staple in our daily training, this workout has played a crucial role in taking many of our athletes to the top of the podium.
